Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sami Live mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sami Live ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Sami Live
• By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
• If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization
• The App is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law

3. Account Registration

• You must register with a valid phone number (verified via OTP) or Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to another person
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@samilive.live
• One account per user — creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans is prohibited

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

4.1 Nature of Coins

• Coins are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users directly
• Coins may be used to send gifts to Hosts within the App

4.2 Purchasing Coins

• Coins may be purchased via USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency or other available payment methods
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change coin prices, packages, and availability

4.3 Host Withdrawals

• Qualifying Hosts may withdraw earned coins in exchange for USDT, subject to a minimum threshold
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance review
• We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals from accounts found in violation of these Terms
• Processing times may vary; we are not liable for delays due to blockchain network conditions

4.4 Coin Expiry

We reserve the right to expire coins that have been inactive for an extended period. You will be notified before any coin expiry occurs.

5. Live Streaming & Audio Rooms

• You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast in live streams and audio rooms
• Live streams must not include nudity, sexual content, violence, or illegal activities
• Hosts must not broadcast content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• We may monitor streams for policy compliance and may terminate streams that violate these Terms
• Hosts who repeatedly violate content policies may be permanently banned from hosting
• To host a live stream, you may be required to complete face verification

6. Gifts & Host Earnings

• Gifts sent to Hosts are non-refundable once sent
• Host earnings are calculated based on gifts received, minus our platform commission
• The platform commission rate is subject to change; the current rate is displayed in the app
• Agency Hosts are subject to additional commission terms set by their Agency
• We reserve the right to reverse or void gift transactions in cases of fraud, system errors, or policy violations

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post, stream, or share illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate engagement metrics, gifts, or rankings
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App for money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities
• Circumvent our content moderation systems
• Encourage others to violate these Terms
• Create accounts after being permanently banned
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of coin balance, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, logo, and all original content are owned by or licensed to Sami Live
• You retain ownership of content you create (videos, messages, profile content)
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App
• You must not upload content to which you do not hold the rights
• We will respond to valid DMCA copyright removal requests at support@samilive.live

9. Privacy

Your use of Sami Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Coin balances are forfeited upon account termination for policy violations
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability)

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMI LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the developer.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
